Managers of the Holding companies at all levels within their competence are responsible for the management and involvement of employees in the process of fulfilling the obligations in the field of industrial safety, accident-free operation, labor protection and environmental protection defined by this Policy.
To do this, they:
- Analyze the performance of works in compliance with the rules, policies and requirements in the field of HSE, taking into account the incidents, facts discovered during audits, changes in the performance of works. Aspects requiring improvement are recorded and included in the improvement plan for HSE
- By their personal example demonstrate commitment to issues, safety and environmental protection, develop and encourage positive attitude of the workers towards issues, safety and environmental protection
- Improve their skills and knowledge on BOP, HSE in the process of target and qualification training and practical work
- Provide two-way information exchange on BOP, HSE issues with employees, contractors and other persons, for which:
- start each meeting held on a regular basis with industrial safety and health issues
- regularly go to the workplace, monitor compliance with the requirements of industrial safety, labor protection by personnel and openly discuss these issues with employees
- formulate clear goals and objectives in the field of BOP, HSE, allocate responsibilities and responsibilities, define performance criteria, allocate competent specialists and, if necessary, involve experts
